For N4 Programs:

  • Grade 12 (Matric) certificate
  • Some programs require Mathematics and/or Physical Science

For N5 & N6 Programs:

  • N4 Certificate for N5
  • N5 Certificate for N6


STEP 3: Prepare Required Documents

Gather the following certified documents:


Essential Documents:

  • ✓ Certified copy of ID or Birth Certificate
  • ✓ Certified copies of academic certificates (Grade 9, 12, N3, etc.)
  • ✓ Certified copy of academic transcript/results
  • ✓ Proof of residence (utility bill or affidavit)
  • ✓ Two recent passport-size photographs


Additional Documents (if applicable):

  • ✓ Bursary documentation
  • ✓ Transfer documents (if from another institution)
  • ✓ Disability/special needs documentation

Important: All copies must be certified by a police station, post office, or commissioner of oaths within the last 3 months.

STEP 5: Online Pay Application Fee

Application Fee: R200 (non-refundable)

STEP 6: Await Response for Online applications

STEP 7: Accept Your Offer

If accepted:

Entry Requirements by Program Level


ENGINEERING PROGRAMS

N4 Level:

  • N3 Certificate, OR
  • Grade 12 with Mathematics and Physical Science (minimum 40%)
  • English (minimum 40%)

N5 Level:

  • N4 Certificate with all subjects passed

N6 Level:

  • N5 Certificate with all subjects passed


BUSINESS PROGRAMS

N4 Level:

  • Grade 12 certificate (any stream)
  • English/Afrikaans (minimum 40%)
  • Mathematics or Mathematical Literacy (minimum 40%)

N5 Level:

  • N4 Certificate with all subjects passed

N6 Level:

  • N5 Certificate with all subjects passed

Recognition of Prior Learning (RPL)

If you have relevant work experience but lack formal qualifications, you may qualify through RPL assessment.

Who Can Apply?

  • Individuals with at least 3 years relevant work experience
  • No formal qualification but demonstrable skills
  • Previous incomplete studies

How to Apply for RPL:

  1. Submit RPL application form
  2. Provide detailed CV and employment records
  3. Complete practical assessment
  4. Portfolio of evidence

Late payments incur a penalty of 10% of the outstanding amount.


Refund Policy

Before Semester Starts:

  • 90% refund if withdrawal is before semester start date
  • 10% administration fee retained

After Semester Starts:

  • No refund for first month
  • 50% refund if withdrawal within first month
  • No refund after one month of attendance

Registration fees are non-refundable under all circumstances.

Q: Do you offer family discounts? A: Yes! Second family member receives 5% discount, third+ members receive 10% discount.

Q: What if I fail and need to repeat? A: Repeat students pay full fees for the repeated level/subjects.
